Performs SA expects consolation, I bought this product as a replacement for 1.5 year old battery that came from the manufacturer. My previous battery was something wrong with him, over a period of two months, from 85% to health went to about 40% health, then over a period of about 2 days, it dropped below 20% health. It made it so I got <1 hour battery life, which was not acceptable. I was at about 290 cycles, as it was 40%, health, and I called Apple but they said it for over a year since she does not do anything about it (which is contrary to a lot of things that I have the others "have heard users are experiencing the same problems.) Anyway, here is my new battery, put it in, drained it, there was an exuberant charge, and now I'm always somewhere between 3.5 to 4 hours of battery life when fully charged. I was shocked after a cycle, however, decreased to 99% health, but now I have nearly 20 times am and it's still at 99% work for now, hopefully this will be the nominal 300 cycles (Apple says 300 cycles, a Health-85% remains). 42 of 48 people found the following review helpful. Many of these batteries are bad - better to buy directly from the manufacturer by Dr. Robert N. Goldberg battery in my 2006 MacBook Pro, swollen and must be replaced under warranty 2006th About one year ago, the new battery I had used 2, 5 years to 45% of original capacity, so I bought this battery of Amazon Prime in return. It seemed to work well for about four months, and then strange things started happening. 1) My computer was turned off suddenly, without warning with a lot of load is shown on the battery indicator LEDs. Resetting the PMU (following the instructions of Apple) seemed to work, even if I did not have the "reserve power" warning, but rather a stop at the bottom of the battery 2) Then, after a few months the computer will have a duration of about 1.5 hours to fully charge. 2:30 The light load, but would be out at 0:00 of 1.5 hours and then quit. The charge status indicator does not light at all when you press the button battery. It is increasingly recognized as installed so that the computer will not load, and the computer goes to sleep drive if the power cord is cut. I have reinstalled my old battery and works fine (except for having only 45% of its original capacity), but 45% of a battery of work is much better than 90% of a defective battery. If I bought the replacement from Apple, would (with a little 'to complain) to recognize it as obviously defective and replace it, so have the defective battery that came with the computer originally. Be aware that Amazon does not have any option for replacement of defective goods, unless they return within the "window", as in the case of this battery is a month. The defect is starting to show up to 4 months after purchase. There is no place to go on this site to complain, except for this review!
